Where are you based?

We are in Perth, Western Australia.  It's the perfect city in our opinion!  Close to amazing beaches and with epic weather, we can't complain tbh.

The item I want is out of stock.  When will there be more?

We aim to offer, small, unique, limited quantity drops of great styles and interesting designs and colours.  Shoot us a message if you really want something restocked and we will be super grateful for the feedback.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is pretty fast within Australia with most items arriving within a couple of days to a max of a working week to Australian capital cities.  If you're outside a Capital City or overseas it might take a little bit longer but we can promise that we will dispatch your item within 24 hours of us receiving your order.

Can I do a local pickup?

Sure!  Our address is 5 mins south of Perth CBD and easy to get to.  Once we've received your order we will send you through collection details and you can come by anytime.

What if an item doesn't fit or is faulty?

We take immense pride in our products and the workmanship.  If there is any problem whatsoever, please get it in touch with us and we will either rectify, replace or refund the item with as little inconvenience to you as possible.  We personally check and pack every item so hopefully this doesn't happen!

Are your products ethically sourced and sustainable?

As a lover of our oceans and natural environment, ethically sourced fashion is something we are passionate about!  We have done extensive research into our suppliers and aim to ensure that they have ethical practices and sustainability at the forefront of their business and production practices.  All our packaging is as ecofriendly and reusable as we can get it but we are constantly researching new and better ideas in this area and some great things planned in the near future. 🌱

What's the best way to wash/care for the products?

Accepted Answer

We recommend cold, machine wash and line-drying in the shade for all our products.  If you're an ironer, turn them inside out first.
